Celebration of birth anniversary of Dr S.R. Ranganathan
The Library organizes book exhibition every year on occasion of birth
anniversary of Dr.S.R.Ranganathan on 12 August. To inculcate reading
habits and develop quality collection in library two days book exhibitionis organized. The students and staff members visit the exhibition andrecommend books. The books selected by students are subject to approval of head and subject experts.
VachanPrerana Din
The library celebrates VachanPrerana Din in memory of Late Dr A.P.J.
Kalam on 15 October. To enhance reading habits, activities like Authors’
Talk, visit to nearby library, compilation of information are organized for students.
Workshop/Guest Lectures
1. Workshop on Search Techniques on different search engines.
2. Guest Lecture on Role of E-resources in Teaching Learning process.
3. Awareness of E-resources and searching techniques.
4. Workshop on how to use N-List.
